Here's the power panel:

Much of the house is in various stages of wiring... The kitchen looks like it's coming along, with the can light fixtures being put into place

(This is over where the island unit will be.)
The master bed/bath/closet is showing major progress as well. The switches for bathroom lights/vents/heater are in place:

As is the wiring for the closet lights:

The master bedroom window is now in (and installed):

Uninstalled, however, is the eastern stairway window...

That's pretty high on our list of things to discuss with Fred tomorrow.
But dad's tub is in.

And the windows in the great room/dining room are looking good.

Kyle likes the laundry chute

(even if he has that surly teen look).

The eastern first floor wall has tar paper and stucco netting (though I'm still concerned about the whole mold thing, especially since Fred had mentioned something about having to spray the wood if it rained)... another item to discuss with Fred tomorrow.
The west exterior wall (and soffit) is progressing (though my mold concerns are still there as well)...

All in all, in the week I was gone, there is noticeable change from the street

(and even more inside)... we're moving along... we're just worried about progress that goes on regardless of the plans... an item we really need to address tomorrow (Lisa and I are putting together our list of "talking points" tonight... but I feel like crap [jet lag, late night last night, a cold coming on?], so I think I'll just go to bed...)
