So still feeling like crap. The owner came by at 8:15... no plumber. Since I was up, waiting, and still feeling especially crappy whenever I sit up, I went over to the house and took some pictures.












So there's no roof... but still a ceiling.

There's now a fence around the entire worksite. The only issue is that I didn't see anyone I recognized who seemed even nominally in charge (so I couldn't ask about the dumpsters or where they're keeping the key)... I'll have to head back later today before my haircut to check on progress and info.

The plumber arrived around 9. They're scoping as we speak... disturbing.
