Lisa and the boys are out of town with Joni and the Corey kids (Disneyland... as far as I'm concerned, decidedly NOT the happiest place on earth... more the ground zero for the most childish meltdowns on the globe [and I'm talking about the parents, too]). Before they left, I cruised by the worksite, in hopes that I'd bump into Fred (I was carrying my checkbook, just in case)... need to talk to him about a minor change to the first floor guest bathroom: we want the showerhead/tub faucet on the south wall (instead of the north as in the plan)... going over the layout with Dad yesterday, it's easier for him to maneuver in and out of the tub if it's going in the other direction. Not much going on at the site: they were waiting for framing lumber to arrive.
As it turns out, Joni says that Fred was there at the beginning of the work day... just missed him. Oh, well.
When I return to SewerSide3, I find the resumption of work on the elevator continuing to make us walk the long way around to get to our unit (guess I should just be glad that I'm not on an upper floor ['course then I wouldn't have plumbing issues, now would I--but knock on wood, no new issues since the plumbers on Friday (though Lisa suspects a leak in the boys' sink... we'll wait and see)]).
With Lisa and the boys out of the unit, I can use some late-night time for some coding... working on a photo viewer to track construction progress... hopefully, I'll get that done tonight or tomorrow.
